One Day Out of the Orphanage

Socialization and integration are key factors for children from social institutions to become full value members of our society.

That is why in December 2007 the employees of BNP Paribas S.A. – Sofia Branch launched the initiative “One Day Out of the Orphanage”.

As part of this project, underprivileged children enjoy various socializing activities. These include taking children out and giving them the opportunity to experience what other children regularly enjoy: museums, circus, children’s theater, sports and a nice meal. The days out of the orphanage take place throughout the whole year.

The bank also buys activity toys and educational equipment for the orphans.
