What is the role?

• Support the CSD Department via communication with the international corporate clients of BNP Paribas, ensuring their satisfaction
• Working with different teams in preparing and providing bank forms and information (account certificates, audit statements etc.)
• Involved in opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts
• Answering of inquiries by different local authorities such as the National Revenue Agency and SANS
• Preparing of client contract drafts, whilst delegating with other bank departments (client relationship managers, executive management, legal)
• Maintenance of clients’ static data and documents management, including clients’ rights, authorizations, loan agreements, collateral and covenants
