What is the role?

• Manages all types of payments in local currency as per the applicable legislation

• Processes of outgoing and incoming collections and direct debits

• Coordination with CSD officer/Relationship Manager regarding clients’ transactions

• Performs operations for all cash deposits and withdrawals via distant partner bank 

• Supports processing, manages inquiries and reconciliation processes for Payments and Cards

• Cards transactions management

• Supports reports related to cards and payments 

• Participates and coordinates projects and tests related to Payments and Cards

What qualities do we look for?

• University degree in Economics

• At least 5- year experience in Payments Operations

• Experience in Cards transactions processing is an advantage

• Experience in regulatory projects management

• Аattention to detail

• Analytical skills

• Very good communication skills

• Fluency in English and Bulgarian

• MS Office advanced user

• Team player
